PinNotes is a simple but effective sticky note. Allows full control and Rich Text, every sticky note that the store can be customized (including transparency, position of the window, etc.) and re-opened when the program is re-opened. Color palettes are available, along with additional options, as always on the top (for the single window note), a panel interface, position locking Blinks, show notes at certain times and WinShade (both for the knowledge and control window).
