Paint.NET (Beta) 3.20 Release Candidate 1

Paint.NET is image and photo manipulation software designed to be used on computers that are running Windows. It supports layers, unlimited Undo, special effects and a variety of useful and powerful tools. It began to develop as a college intern Senior Design Project mentored by Microsoft, and is currently supported by some of the graduates who originally worked on it. Originally conceived as a free replacement for MS Paint software used on Windows, it has become a powerful, yet simple tool for photo and image editing. The programming language for creating Paint.NET is C #, with a small amount of C + + for the installation and integration shell similar functionality.
